Chidinma’s Family Torn Apart by Toxic Haters
Chidinma Adetshina, the stunning 23-year-old contestant who’s made it to the top 13 of the Miss South Africa 2024 pageant, is reeling from the torrent of hate she’s faced since her stunning debut.
And it’s not just the haters who are to blame. It’s the toxic atmosphere she’s faced from day one – all because of her dad’s nationality. Born to a Nigerian dad and a South African mom, with a Mozambican twist, Chidinma has been mercilessly trolled and bullied online.
A petition has even been circulating to have her kicked out of the competition – all because of her mixed heritage. Talk about a witch hunt!
In a heart-wrenching Instagram post, Chidinma laments about the pain she’s caused her parents, saying: “It’s really sad that my parents are unable to be happy and celebrate my wins because of all the noise. I really hope one day we live in a world where we can be united as one and allow each other to thrive.”
Meanwhile, the pageant has gone on, with Chidinma still standing strong despite the attacks. Will she make it to the top of the pageant, or will the hate finally take its toll?
